These general terms and conditions of use (hereafter the GTC), regulate access and use of the Website under the domain www.sabinederkics.es (hereafter the Website), owned by "SABINE DERKICS" (hereafter Sabine Derkics), made available to users (hereafter the User/s).

The use of the Website implies the full acceptance by the User of the GTC in force at each time the User accesses the Website. Therefore, if the User does not agree with any of the conditions established here, he/she must abstain from using this Website.

Consequently, the User must carefully read the GTC each time he intends to use the Website. In any case, Sabine Derkics reserves the right to modify the GTC without prior notice and at any time. Furthermore, Sabine Derkics reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or cease to operate the Website at any time.

The declaration of any of the clauses contained in these General Conditions as being void, invalid or ineffective shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall remain binding on the parties.

The present GTC shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the conditions of use and access to this Website contained in this Website GTC document, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless otherwise determined by law, to the Courts of Denia.
